The ideal kitchen

The kitchen area offers a first class equipment with an American XXL refrigerator, microwave, oven, induction hob and in the worktop integrated: a grill. And of course, all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals are there for you!

The kitchen is also equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, a dryer and an ironing board (behind the sliding door of the storeroom).

Imagine yourself already in the morning, enjoying beautiful sandwiches prepared with the toaster and a high-end coffee machine! Enjoy the bar area for your breakfast, or better, the large table at the south terrace and your day can start!

 

 

A living space dedicated to relaxation

The dining area is adorned with a transparent “Vague” table, enhanced by the large windows flooding the room with light.

In the seating area, you’ll find a black chrome coffee table surrounded by a leather corner sofa which will invite you to simply relax. And despite the 55” LED HD TV, your eyes will inevitably linger on the outdoor pool…

And of course, the professional table football will surely make you want to relax like in your high school years: this competition model approved by the Italian federation will delight the whole family!

(Nota : be careful anyway when with children, this professional model has outgoing bars.)

Just above the living space, on the 1st floor, with a superb balustrade, masterfully designed by a Catalan artist, you’ll find an additional relaxation area where you can quietly read a book or listen to music.

 

 

A harmonious and enchanting outdoor area

Covering an area of 1370 m², the garden facing south, was drawn and tastefully designed by our landscaper.

Enjoy the true luxury of having breakfast on the terrace or unforgettable moments of relaxation around the pool: and as we say in Alsace « wie GOTT in FRANKREICH » (« like God in France »)..

The sun will spoil you on the 8 chairs equipped with tables (ideal for sipping a cool drink!). A 10-person table, an « aperitif » area in the sun, a gas grill (forget charcoal!), all is there.

And last but not least, a dip in the 12-meter pool with its huge pool beach will really make you enjoy your stay in Perpignan.
